Get your oats everyday to stay

A review of 21 studies conducted over the past 18 years into the benefits of oats by Dr Carrie Ruxton suggests that eating 3 grams of oats a day can protect against heart attacks by lowering levels of cholesterol by up to 17 per cent.
Dr Ruxton’s report is published in the British Food Journal.
