Vibrate the aches away

A study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine online has found that vibration equipment such as a Power Plate and VibroGym can speed up recovery from exercise.
In the study, runners were asked to run downhill for 40 minutes. For 5 days after the run,they received either vibrational therapy to their legs or no treatment. Those who used the vibration equipment had less pain in their calf and buttock muscles and significantly less soreness all over.
