Put all the food in the house out of site. Don't leave
cookies and chips sitting out on the counter. The more you
look at food, the more the urge to eat it. Buy foods that
need to be prepared so you will need to do some work if you
want to eat. If you have a cupboard full of quick to grab
and eat foods, it's much easier to over eat. Only eat when
you are truly hungry. You will feel better and look better
by following these simple guidelines.
