Winter Foods

Garlic, onions, red pepper, basil, ginger and cinnamon are
all warming herbs which can be added to winter foods.
Remember, your body is using all its resources to keep well
and may already be fighting a battle against colds and flu.
It is important to give it foods which will make it strong
and warm during cold weather instead of foods which will
take energy reserves away.
